COMMISSIONED AND/OR PURCHASED ARTWORK
You have seven (7) business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package if the original artwork doesn't meet your satisfaction. Unfortunately, after seven (7) days no refunds or exchanges will be issued. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required. All returned artwork is to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with the artist Erica Purnell that the work will be returned. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact for an assessment of your specific situation.)

Things come up and we understand so to receive a refund or cancel your paint party please make sure to contact us immediately. In most cases, we may be able to avoid a refund and reschedule to another date.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for event. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. We will do our best to accommodate our customers. When you book an event with us, you agree to these terms.
